Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM, six week curriculum, rolling admission
Mental health classes, individual & group psychotherapy (cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral), psychiatric medication management
Mindset is in the Commerce Building in downtown Tacoma, with quick and easy access to I-705 and
public transit serviced by light rail and bus. There is abundant validated parking available in a monitored
garage next to the building.
Currently, we are a participating provider with First Choice Health Network and are working to establish network status with other insurance plans as well. In the meantime, we can submit single case agreement requests and arrange flexible private pay options.
